Awaken and align your energy with crystal healing. A profoundly healing experience that focuses on releasing stress, energetic trauma, imbalance, blockage, and non-alignment in your physical and energetic bodies. The session will release negativity that blocks you and give you internal peace to move forward. During your session, I will guide you through your healing journey and will receive the following: THREE INTUITIVE TRANSPERSONAL COUNSELLING SESSION - 10 min As we connect in person or through live video, we will explore your concerns and health goals while delving deeply into any energetic trauma or blockage you may be carrying. GUIDED MEDITATION - 5 min During in-person or our live video call, I will take you through a short, guided meditation that will calm and assist in reprogramming your subconscious mind. The goal is to release any mental blocks. POWER CRYSTALS & CHAKRA HEALING - 45 min During our session, I will intuitively select and recommend 3 'Power Crystals' for you to work with on specific Chakras. These crystals will be specifically chosen for their healing powers and resonance with your unique healing needs. After the session, you will receive your personalized crystal layout and gridwork, three unique affirmations for you to work with at home and tools after the crystal healing session to continue on your journey of opening your chakras. *Arriving late will reduce your overall session time.
